Subscription Refunds

Eligible for Refund

You may request a refund within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase if:

  • You have used less than 20% of your included deployment quota
  • Persistent technical issues prevent normal deployment and our support team cannot resolve them
  • The service does not function as described on our website

Not Eligible for Refund

Refunds are not available when:

  • More than 7 days have passed since purchase
  • More than 20% of included deployment quota has been used
  • The charge is a renewal payment (you can cancel before renewal)
  • The account is suspended for Terms violations
  • The request is only a change of mind after material usage

How to Request a Refund

  2. Include Details: Add account email, plan name, purchase date, and reason
  3. Review Timeline: We review requests and respond within 3 business days
  4. Refund Method: Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5-10 business days

Subscription Cancellation

  • You can cancel from your billing portal at any time
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle
  • You retain access until the paid period ends
  • No partial refunds are provided for mid-cycle cancellation

One-Time Purchases

  • One-time purchases are non-refundable after material usage
  • Unused one-time purchases may be eligible for refund within 7 days

Chargebacks

Before filing a chargeback, contact support first so we can resolve the issue quickly. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension.
